Do you insure your packages?
We only insure packages if you purchase Shipping Insurance (a $5 seperate listing on our website). This is insured through our shipping app, Shippo.
Do you refund for lost or stolen packages?
No, we do not. Once a package is dropped at the USPS, it is out of our hands. Please see above info for purchasing shipping insurance to avoid these circumstances.
Resizing/ Repairs?
We do not usually offer resizing or repairs because this can damage the silver and/or stones in the process due to having to resolder. If you receive a wrong size due to our company's error, we will either reimburse you or do a resize if possible at our discretion.
How do I care for my jewelry?
It is natural for metals and jewelry to tarnish and wear over time, use these tips to slow: Take off when showering or swimming. Use perfumes, sprays and lotions before putting on jewelry. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent oxidation. Clean with warm, soapy water and use a polishing cloth. Remove before sleep to avoid damage.
How do I find out my ring size?
We sell ring sizers on our site. Also, you can get sized at any jewelry store.
How do I find out my wrist size?
Use a fabric tape measure and measure around the part of your wrist, right above your hand, or the part of your wrist where you would wear a cuff.
Do you have a store I can visit?
No, only an online store. This is a small, one-person owned shop, creating in our own personal space. All products can be viewed online or at any events we attend.
